Sweet Cinnamon Glazed Roasted Chickpeas

Chickpeas are a great source of fiber, complex carbohydrates, and protein.

There's tons of different ways you can add them to your diet:

  • Hummus

  • Mash them into a sandwich

  • Add them to curry or soup

  • Top off your salad

  • Make a salad out of them with some diced veggies & herbs

  • Roast & flavor them for a crunchy snack

Here's one of my favorite recipes (2 ways) for a great snack to have throughout the week when you're craving a crunch.

Regardless of whichever method you use, you'll have a super satisfying, healthy snack you can easily take with you to work, while running errands, to class, etc.
