Why a Blog?
Hi, hey, hello!
I’m super excited to FINALLY be launching my blog and website! I’ve been wanting to blog for a while now; I just kept feeling like I wasn’t ready yet, or didn’t have my website totally figured out (not exactly the most tech-savvy human), or didn’t have my products/services completely ready to go yet. But, I decided to take the plunge and launch this thing.
'You’re never going to feel totally ready, you just have to go for it’.
...hearing that is what motivated me to hit the publish button. So, here we are!
So, why a blog?
If you follow me on social media, especially Instagram, you know that I’m extremely passionate about #health, #nutrition, and #fitness. I mean, it’s what I do for a living! I’ve been making my own workouts since I was in high school, and I also LOVE to cook and bake.
I have a thing for taking not-so-healthy recipes and coming up with modifications and little hacks that replace them with much healthier alternatives, but, of course, still v yummy!
Right now, I'm working hard on a few different projects and products—but one in particular is loaded with lots of my delicious, healthy recipes that I am super excited to share with you. :)
So, yes, I started this as a means for my business, but I also just love to write. I want to write posts that can truly help people, whether it be giving fitness/health/nutrition tips, or just being real about every day things and life in general.
On my blog, I'll be sharing some of my recipes with full instructions and nutritional information, fitness advice and different workout routines, and lots of health and fitness tips and tricks you can incorporate into your own life to help you get to your goals and live a healthier, happier lifestyle.
Anyways, that's pretty much the gist of why I created this. I hope to bring you all the value I can and build a freaking AMAZING community.
