Quick and Easy Margarita Shrimp

Here's your new go-to protein for Taco Tuesday!

This recipe calls for just 3 main ingredients: shrimp, lime juice, and TEQUILA!

Margarita Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 10oz thawed, peeled & deveined shrimp

  • 1 ½ tbsp tequila

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • ½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tbsp fresh, chopped cilantro

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp paprika

Instructions:

1. Combine all shrimp ingredients into a medium-sized bowl, toss/mix together well, then let set in the fridge for 30 mins.

*If you’re in a bit of a rush, you don’t HAVE to let it marinate, but if you have time, let set for 30 mins for best flavor.

2. After 30 minutes, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Use a spatula to scoop/scrape all the shrimp ingredients out of the bowl to transfer to the pan.

3. Cook the shrimp for 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip & repeat.

4. Once your shrimp is fully cooked through, remove from heat & add to tacos, salads, or however you prefer to enjoy!

NOTES:

  • Leftovers will stay good in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days!
